Hello you guys -

Rebecca is probably as of this minute driving back to Minnesota. We had a great weekend in Chicago! Lots of walking and lots of window shopping. We also bought and installed a hanging plant for my window. And while we were filling up at the gas station, we saw a man dressed up in full clown makeup and gear, pulling out of the station. It was all great, except I wish it had been a little bit warmer.

Are you sure that the dress comes in extended sizes? On the website, it says the dress only goes up to size 16 and I know these dresses run small....

Matt didn't get the job.

Apparently the guy who did was a hire from within and already knew the ins and outs of the company. I hate it when people string you along! Back to square one :P

So,

Matt still hasn't heard back from this company that we've been waiting on. I'm starting to get a "not so good" feeling about this. I'm wondering if they've already offered it to the other guy and are just waiting to hear if he's accepted it or not. He was originally supposed to hear from them last week. They called and said that they were waiting to hear back on some references. They didn't specify whose (his or the other guy's?). Then they told him that they were going to take the rest of last week to decide and that they would give him a call at the beginning of the week. It's already the end of the day on Wednesday. this does not look good. It's all so frustrating. and depressing because I know that this was the only thing that had come up in quite awhile.

I'm trying on the dresses tomorrow - I'll let you know what I think. As for the kitty issue - she's struck again! I hid a basket full of CLEAN CLOTHES way up high in a closed closet and this morning I got up and the door was open and half the clothes had been peed on. Matt's clothes are strewn throughout the apartment and they're never ever targeted. just mine. I'm bringing both cats in for testing tomorrow to see if their bladders are okay.

About this cleaner - is it just called "enzymatic cleanser"? or is there a certain brand?
